The table covers every UK local government body, not just councils: county councils, police and crime commissioners, fire authorities, combined authorities, national parks and the GLA group all have rows. Figures are gross outstanding borrowing at the end of the quarter, in £ thousand, with no total column. Every quarter is restated at each release.
