Ministers by recorded meetings: every minister whose name in a departmental return resolved to one person in Parliament's post register, highest first. 517 rows. Equal figures share a rank and are printed as ties; the order within a tie is alphabetical and means nothing.
What this table establishes
The records establish how many meetings each minister is recorded as having held, in the returns their departments published.
They do not establish what was said, what followed from any meeting, or that a minister with fewer recorded meetings met fewer people.
How it is made
Each row is the figure the publisher printed, in recorded meetings. Rows are ordered highest first; nothing is estimated, weighted or adjusted by Civometry.
Departments publish on different schedules and several are years behind, so a minister in a department that has not published cannot appear. A minister named in a return with a title alone, or with two ministers in one cell, is not resolved and is not counted.
